Returns and withdrawal from the contract

1. Who can withdraw from the contract

The right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason is available to Consumers and to Entrepreneurs with consumer rights (definitions in the terms and conditions). Business purchases can be returned only by individual agreement.

2. Deadline

You have 14 days from the day on which you, or a person indicated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the Part. If the order included several Parts delivered separately — from the day the last of them was received. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before it expires.

3. How to withdraw from the contract

1. Send a statement of withdrawal by e-mail to sklep@qindito.pl or by post to the returns address. You can use the withdrawal form (to fill in on screen, print or save as PDF), but this is not mandatory.
2. We will confirm receipt of the statement by e-mail.
3. Send the Parts back to the returns address without delay and no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the contract. Write the order number on the parcel or put it inside.

4. Cost and method of return

• The direct cost of returning the Parts is borne by the buyer.
• Due to their nature, bulky Parts (oversize, pallet, freight) cannot be returned by normal post. The estimated cost of returning them corresponds to the delivery cost shown with the Part for the given shipping class. On request, we will help arrange transport.
• Pack the Part so that it is not damaged in transit. Secure components that contained operating fluids (e.g. gearboxes, engines, axles) against leakage.

5. Refund of payment

• We will refund all payments received, including the cost of delivery (up to the cheapest standard delivery method offered in the Shop), without delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of the statement of withdrawal.
• The refund will be made by transfer to the account from which the payment was made, unless you expressly agree to another method that does not involve any costs for you.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the Part back or you have supplied proof of having sent it back, whichever is the earliest.

6. Condition of the returned Part

You are liable for any diminished value of the Part resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. In particular, installing the Part in a vehicle or dismantling it goes beyond such checking. Please return the Part in the condition in which it was delivered, without new damage and with all its components.

7. Return versus complaint

If the Part does not conform to the contract (e.g. it is damaged or does not match the description), submit a complaint in accordance with § 10 of the terms and conditions — in that case the return costs are borne by the Seller.
